4. Offering a workout routine for a beginner who wants to focus on cardio at home and weighs 60 kg.
5. Designing a gym workout routine targeting triceps and forearms for an expert-level male weighing 90 kg.

How to use the Planfit ChatGPT Plugin?

- Click on the ChatGPT plugin icon

Now, also make sure that if you want to use the Planfit ChatGPT Plugin, you have to use the GPT-4 model and you also have to enable the plugin. (currently, only 3 ChatGPT plugins can be enabled at the same time).
