5. Scrape the first 10000 characters from the webpage at {webpage_url}: You can extract the first 10000 characters of content from a specific webpage.
6. Refresh the cache and fetch the latest content from {webpage_url}: You can refresh the cache and retrieve the most up-to-date content from a webpage.
