Does Google AdSense have an affiliate program? Are they planning to create a partner program in the future?

If not, what AdSense affiliate program alternatives you can choose if you want to promote a display ad network. These are the main questions we are going to cover in this AdSense tutorial.

Without further ado, let’s dive in.

Does Google AdSense Affiliate program?

No, Google AdSense currently doesn’t offer an affiliate program. (However, you can promote similar display ad networks’ affiliate programs as we explain below.)

We don’t have any insider information but we think it is very unlikely that Google would create an AdSense affiliate program in the future as it doesn’t really make business sense.

Google AdSense is the most well-known display ad network out there so it doesn’t really make sense to promote AdSense for publishers when most of these publishers are aware that they can make money with Google AdSense.

What’s more, Google AdSense does usually have the lowers RPMs in the industry, so once publishers get more educated about the ad network industry they join another ad program like Mediavine, Adthrive or Ezoic.

Google AdSense affiliate program alternatives

Although Google AdSense doesn’t have an affiliate program, there are better ad networks you can promote like Ezoic which does have an affiliate program

What is great about Ezoic is that you can promote to even small publishers, and beginner bloggers as they can join the program with little traffic and start making money

Ezoic affiliate program has a very attractive commission rate and pays for the affiliate lifetime commissions so you should definitely promote them if you have the right audience.

Can you promote affiliate program while using AdSense Display ads?

Although Google AdSense doesn’t have a partner program, it doesn’t mean that you can’t promote other affiliate programs while also serving display ads.

There is no restriction on any affiliate program so if your content complies with the Google Publisher Policies, you don’t have to worry about getting banned from AdSense for promoting affiliate offers as well.

What is affiliate marketing?

Affiliate marketing is a type of online marketing where a business rewards an affiliate for each lead or customer brought to the merchant’s website by the affiliate’s own marketing efforts.

The affiliate typically receives an affiliate commission for each sale generated through their referrals. Affiliate marketing can be a great way to attract more traffic to your website, as well as increase your online sales.

What is Google AdSense?

Google AdSense is a display ad program that allows website owners and publishers to earn money by displaying ads on their websites.

Bloggers and website owners can sign up for the Google Display program and then select the types of ads they want to display on their website.

Google then serves the ads and pays the website owner based on how many people click on the ads.
