How to make Instagram Reels in the Meta Business Suite?
Here is how to create and post Instagram Reels using the Meta Business Suite:
Step 1: Open Meta Business Suite
To get started, go to business.facebook.com and log in to the Meta Business Suite.
Make sure you select the right Meta Business Suite account where the Instagram account is added and connected to a Facebook page.

Step 2: Click on Create Reel
Once you’ve added the Instagram Business account, click on “Create Reel” on the Meta Business Suite homepage. If you don’t see it there, go to “Content” and click on “Create Reel” in the top right corner.
Step 3: Add Video and Caption to the Instagram Reel
Select the Instagram account where you want to publish the Reel and click on “Add Video” to upload your Reel video.
You can also add a caption to your Reel if you want. Optionally, you can also choose a thumbnail for your Reel. You can select a frame or upload a custom thumbnail image.
Step 4: Choose Music and Edit Instagram Reel Video
You can add music tracks and soundtracks from the Meta Business Suite to your Reel.
The Meta Business Suite recommends some tracks, but you can also search for audios and select them. You can mute the Reel if you want.
You can also crop or trim the video if you need to.
Step 5: Publish the Instagram Reel
Once you’re happy with your Reel, click on “Next”. You’ll be able to review your Reel and make any final edits.
When you’re ready, click on “Share” to publish your Reel from the Meta Business Suite.
Note that currently, you cannot schedule an Instagram Reel from the Meta Business Suite, but this may become available in the future.
