1. Open the TikTok App

You can add the text-to-speech feature in two primary ways. The first is when editing your text; select the text-to-speech feature using the third icon from the left of the screen that appears as a talking head.
The next method is when you have already added your desired text to the video. You can add Text-to-speech by clicking on the text and selecting the talking head icon.
