  • and you can add users to the Business Manager account.

How To Add Someone To Facebook Business Suite?

Here is how to add someone to the Facebook Business Suite (manager):

  1. Open up the Facebook Business Manager account you want to add someone to
  2. Click on the Hamburger menu in the top left corner
  3. Then select the ‘Business Settings’ option from the dropdown menuBusiness settings on Facebook Business Manager
  4. Under the ‘Users’ section, select ‘People’users and people role and access level in business manager
  5. Click on the ‘Add’ button.

  8. When you click on ‘Show Advanced Options’ you can also add users to the Business Manager with additional roles (finance analyst, finance editor, developer)
  9. Once you chose the preferred role, click on ‘Next’.
  10. First, you have to choose the asset type you want to grant access toassign Facebook Business Manager permissions to users
  11. Then the name of the assets you want to add access. So for instance, if you want to give someone access to all Facebook business pages, select all pages.
  12. Then finally also select the specific task access related to that Business Manager asset.
  13. Click on the ‘Invite’ button.

With this, the person will receive the invitation in an email. If he or she accepts the invitation, he will be added as a user to the Business Manager account with the permission level you have set up.

Once you have sent a Business Manager invitation you can click on the ‘Done’ or ‘Add more people’ button.

Can’t add users to a Facebook Business Manager asset

If you can’t add users to a Facebook Business Manager account or to one of its assets, it means that you probably don’t have admin access in the Business Manager account.

Resend invitation to a Business Manager account

If the invitation to the Facebook BM asset has expired or the person you want to add to the Business Manager account doesn’t find the email, you can easily resend an invitation by doing the following:

  1. Open up the Facebook Business Manager account
  2. Click on the Hamburger menu in the top left corner
  3. Then select the ‘Business Settings’ option from the dropdown menu
  4. Under the ‘Users’ section, select ‘People’
  5. Here you will see everyone who has access and also everyone to whom you sent an invitation to
  6. Select the person and click on ‘Resend’ if you want to resend a Business Manager invitation.
