- The 12-digit number in the URL of your Facebook group is your Facebook Group ID

- Go to https://lookup-id.com/
- Paste the URL you copied.
- It will give back the ID of the Facebook group.
You can check if this is really the ID of the Facebook group, by switching the customized URL part to this group ID and opening a new page by pasting this URL. It should take you to the Facebook group home page.
