Here is how to switch back to the classic Facebook Business Manager:
- Open the Meta Business Suite account. (business.facebook.com)
- Select the right Meta Business Suite account.
- Click on the ‘Help’ button on the left column.
- Select ‘Switch to Business Manager’.
- Confirm that you want to switch to Facebook Business Manager by clicking on the ‘Switch’ button.
- Next, you have to add some feedback to Facebook on why you want to switch back to the classic Business Manager.
Now, you should see the familiar classic Facebook Business Manager layout and features from now on. Enjoy!

What happens when you switch back to Classic Facebook Business Manager?
Nothing special, obviously you won’t be able to use the new features of the Meta Business Suite, but anyways you won’t really lose anything when you switch back to the classic Facebook Business Manager.
So for instance, you won’t be able to create Instagram and Facebook posts from the Meta Business suite or schedule Instagram and Facebook posts.
You also won’t be able to send messages from the Meta Business Suite.
Can’t switch back to Facebook Business Manager
First, you have to make sure that you are the Facebook Business Manager admin to be able to switch back to the Facebook Business Manager. If you are not admin currently, read this tutorial to get admin access:
Secondly, it is possible that Facebook has removed this option to switch back to the classic Facebook Business Manager.
In this case, unfortunately, there is no way to still use the classic Facebook Business Manager layout.
