How to cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription?
To cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription:
- Open your Ezoic account.
- Click on ‘Premium’ in the top right corner.
- Click on ‘Manage Subscription’.
- Scroll down to ‘Active Subscriptions’.
- Click on the three dots
- Select ‘Cancel subscription…’
- Follow the instructions on the screen to cancel Ezoic Premium subscription.
What happens when you cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription?
Once you cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription you won’t be able to enjoy the benefits of Ezoic Premium, most importantly the higher EPMVs you will see due to the direct brand deals.
However, you are still going to be able to monetize your website via Ezoic display ads so by canceling Ezoic premium you will still stay on the Ezoic monetization platform.
Ezoic Premium cancellation fee
You must keep in mind that Ezoic can charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription.
However, only if you are on an annual Premium plan, you don’t have to worry about a cancellation fee if you are on the monthly plan.
However, if you cancel an annual Ezoic Premium, it will cost you some serious money. How much exactly? Well, it depends on two factors.
If you cancel an annual Premium plan, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining value of the annual contract.
So let’s say, you have 6 months back from your annual plan, and you pay a monthly fee of $440. In this case, you would have to pay a total of $1,320 ($220*6 months.)
This means if you purchase an annual Ezoic Premium subscription, keep in mind that you can’t really cancel it unless you are willing to pay a huge cancellation fee.
Can’t cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription
If you have followed the instructions above, you should be able to cancel your Ezoic premium subscription.
Even if you are on an annual Ezoic Premium plan, you can cancel your subscription, but you have to pay the cancellation fee in that case.
