Here is how to add a Book Now button to a Facebook page:
- Open the Facebook page.
- Click on ‘Edit XY button’, or ‘Add a button’.
- Select ‘Book Now’ from the list.
- You can either connect to a Booking app or use Facebook Appointments solution.
- For simplicity, let’s choose ‘Appointments on Facebook’.
- Click ‘Next’.
- You can also set up your availability.
- You can then customize the Appointments options.
- Click on ‘Next’.
- Then you can also add your services.
You can also add a test appointment but it is not necessary.
When you refresh the Facebook page, the ‘Book Now’ button should be added to the Facebook page.
To view it live, you can view the Facebook page as a visitor and the ‘Book Now’ button should be visible on the Facebook page.
Can’t add the Book Now button to Facebook page
Keep in mind that you have to be a Facebook page admin to be able to view the Facebook page as visitor.

If you want to display another Call to action button on your Facebook page, you can also do that by removing the existing Book Now button.

- Click on ‘Edit Book Now’
