To add the ‘Shop Now’ button on a Facebook page:
- Open the Facebook page
- Under the Cover photo click on ‘Add a button’.
- Select ‘Shop on Website’.
- Add the link to the website or specific page.
- Click on ‘Save’
Now, when a Facebook user visits your page, he or she should see the blue ‘Shop On Website’ button under the cover photo.
Can’t add the Shop now button to Facebook
If you can’t add the Shop now button to your Facebook page and it is most likely a Facebook page role issue.
Only Facebook page administrators can add or change the CTA button, so in this case, the ‘Shop on Website’ button to the Facebook page.
Keep in mind also, that obviously, you can only add one CTA button to your Facebook page.
So if you have already added a’ Sign up’ button to your newsletter sign up page, then you can’t add the Shop Now button or you have to remove your current CTA button.
